About the role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to improve the usability and consistency of our digital platforms, CRM and management system. You will work with business users, internal IT colleagues and external developers to translate business requirements into clear workflows and practical interface designs. You will support projects from requirements gathering through design, development handover and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
Gather requirements from users and internal departments. Understand their tasks, pain points and operational needs.
Map user journeys and workflows. Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary steps, errors and manual work.
Create wireframes, interface designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Design responsive forms, dashboards, tables and approval workflows for web applications.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback and refine designs before development.
Maintain reusable components and design standards to keep interfaces consistent across modules.
Take ownership of design delivery for 1–2 assigned projects/modules. Coordinate requirements, reviews and timelines with stakeholders and developers.
Prepare development specifications covering interactions, validation, permissions, loading, empty and error states.
Review implemented screens and support user acceptance testing to resolve usability and design issues.
Handle ad hoc design and project requests, communicate priorities and flag delivery risks early.
Requirement
Diploma or degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 - 4 years of relevant UI/UX or product design experience.
Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components and interactive prototyping.
A portfolio showing your design process, reasoning and contribution to completed projects.
Experience translating complex business requirements into clear user flows and interfaces.
Understanding of responsive design, interaction design and accessibility principles.
Ability to explain design decisions and work directly with business users and developers.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage several requests with competing deadlines.
Experience in designing CRM systems, internal business applications, or other applications with complex forms, workflows, and business processes.
Experience working within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
