Data Engineer Intern (Construction Technology & Digital Solutions)

Job Description

Eversendai Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Data Engineer Intern to support our digital transformation initiatives acrossengineering, construction, procurement, finance, HR, and project operations.

The intern will assist in developing data solutions,dashboards, and business applications that improve operational efficiency anddecision-making across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various business systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Design and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Support workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Assist in developing data repositories and reporting solutions.
• Analyze project, manpower, procurement, and operational data.
• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare documentation and user guides for developed solutions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen interest in technology, data analytics, and the construction industry.
