Marketing Manager - up to $7000 [Real Estate/Shopping Mall]

Duration: 2 year contract (renewable/ convertible)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: up to $7000 basic
Job Description
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with business goals, ROI, and KPIs.
Conduct post-campaign analysis, monitor performance, manage budgets, and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, and external agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
Drive tenant participation in mall-wide programmes and support marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Manage and grow social media presence, integrating online content with offline promotions.
Monitor social conversations and leverage insights to enhance customer experience and brand engagement.
Maintain and update content across digital and social platforms.
Actively market and manage in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue.
Handle casual leasing activities, including identifying opportunities and coordinating with prospective tenants.
Provide coaching and guidance to team member
Requirement
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 7-8 years of exp in mall/ retail industry
Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
Good interpersonal skills and excellent in customer relationship management
