- Design, develop, implement and customize ServiceNow applications and services using scripting, configuration, and integration tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Implement new ServiceNow modules and enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of existing ServiceNow applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and 3rd-party tools.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- min. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- min. 7 year of working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies.
- Understand of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, etc is a plus.
