Gain hands-on experience supporting the NHG Cluster SleepLab Project, a healthcare technology transformation initiative. You will work with stakeholders to support project delivery, business analysis, documentation, and implementation activities while gaining exposure to healthcare technology and digital solutions.

The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities across business and technical teams
• Participate in testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities
• Contribute to process improvement and healthcare technology initiatives within the SleepLab programme

About You: 

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines

• Basic understanding of project management concepts and project lifecycle stages

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

• Familiar with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills

• Able to gather, analyse, and document business requirements

• Basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or digital solutions

• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced project environment

• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven

• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
