What You'll Do

As part of the HR Technology team, you will:

• Support and administer HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

• Manage system access, user administration, troubleshooting and system enhancements.

• Partner stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.

• Contribute to the implementation of AI, automation and productivity solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop user guides, conduct training and promote digital and AI literacy among staff.

• Support technology-driven initiatives aligned with SGH's strategic HR goals and workforce transformation agenda.

• Work closely with HR professionals, IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and digital workplace technologies.

• Familiar with AI, automation and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform or similar solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
