In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. No prior IT experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Desk Support: Respond to IT-related enquiries and service requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, and voicemail.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently while providing a positive support experience for users.

• Incident Management: Record, track, and manage technical issues throughout the resolution process, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

• User Account Management: Support employee onboarding and offboarding by creating user accounts, updating user profiles, and managing access termination when required.
