Senior Assistant Manager (Automation), Office of Digital Empowerment
Join SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment (ODE) and play a meaningful role in shaping how one of Singapore's largest public healthcare clusters embraces digital transformation.
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support the implementation, adoption, and governance of digital and automation solutions across SingHealth. Working with stakeholders, institutions, and internal teams, you will help deliver scalable and sustainable digital capabilities across the cluster.
What You Will Do:
You will work with stakeholders to evaluate solution options, and provide advisory support on digital and automation platforms. This includes supporting the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of solutions to ensure they are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with organisational requirements. You will plan and deliver workshops and training sessions, design supporting materials, and drive adoption campaigns and community building efforts across institutions. Alongside this, you will develop and maintain solution documentation, user guides, and governance materials, and prepare adoption tracking reports and effectiveness metrics.
You will also coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables, manage vendor coordination, and drive stakeholder communication and reporting. You will collect and analyse user adoption data and usage trends, and present reports on engagement, adoption, and impact to support evidence-based decision making. You may occasionally take on additional responsibilities related to digital innovation and enablement as assigned by leadership.

Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives, with a good understanding of change management principles.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative, user-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with GenAI and broader digital developments.
