We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive the delivery and adoption of digital products.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products from planning to launch
- Support user research activities with Product Managers and Designers
- Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate testing (system, UAT, security) before release
- Support release planning and deployments with engineering/DevOps teams
- Drive user adoption through training and communication
- Provide post-launch support and coordinate bug fixes
- Handle procurement processes and evaluate vendor proposals in line with Government procedures
- Ensure compliance with IM8 and relevant policies
- Experience in delivering digital products end-to-end
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, deployments, environment management)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Agile/Scrum experience; certifications are a plus
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields preferred
- Experience in Government or regulated environments
- Knowledge of IM8 compliance
- Exposure to cloud or DevOps certifications
