The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
• We are looking for a Sales Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, automotive, telecommunications, banking, insurance, retail, or related industries.
• Strong sales, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Comfortable interacting with high volumes of customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills
• Telemarketing experience is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Engage walk-in customers and respond to enquiries via phone and email.
• Convert online leads into confirmed appointments and achieve sales targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge on vehicle rental offerings, company policies, insurance options, and value-added services.
• Manage vehicle reservations and process rental agreements accurately.
• Handle administrative duties related to rentals and customer accounts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including insurance coverage, vehicle protection plans, and bundled service packages.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and prompt issue resolution.
