Service Now Developer

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
Proficient in javascripting (can write server side / client side scripts)
Can understand and modify Service Portal related changes (good understanding of angular js)
Experience on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/Service portal/ATF
Integration experience (via API or any other connectors)
Act as the overall technical owner for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

Define technical & development guidelines

Review and approve technical scripts, and configurations

Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and upgrade readiness

Drive adherence to ServiceNow best practices and OOTB-first approach

Hands-on development using: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scheduled Jobs, Service Catalog, Order Guides, Workflows

Lead complex customizations while minimizing technical debt

Handle advanced troubleshooting, performance bottlenecks, and production issues

Support data loads, transformations, and data validation strategies
