HRIS Implementation Specialist, Assistant Manager
Overview
Join a dynamic HR team driving digital transformation through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. This role focuses on HR system implementation, configuration, data migration, and process improvement, while ensuring seamless system operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Job Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end implementation and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate HR business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
Lead system testing activities, including System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage HR data cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions.
Oversee SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance Management.
Manage system configurations, user access permissions, and daily HRIS operations.
Liaise with implementation vendors and technical support teams on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user guides while conducting training to support system adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
6–10 years of relevant experience in HR operations or HRIS management.
Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end HR system implementation or rollout, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and system configurations.
Experience in HR data migration, system testing, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with HR and technical teams.
This is a 2 years direct contract role.
