Systems Administrators are responsible for the maintenance and security of a company’s computer systems. With their expertise, Systems Administrators anticipate potential issues and address them before they become a problem. They install antivirus and malware protection software so that employees can use computers safely, and also ensure that systems are user-friendly. Systems Administrators coordinate with other IT professionals to upgrade software and further enhance user experience. They also draft documents to instruct employees on the proper use of software.

How to become a Systems Administrator
