Fresh Graduates
Pls tell me if I'm making the biggest mistake of my life or if I'm on the right path. A fresh grad, 6 months jobless, finally got an offer. Salary SGD2.5k + 7days AL. The company is quite small, hence the salary but they promise that I'll surely learn a lot and gain good exposure from working there. My family says just take the offer & keep applying elsewhere for better opportunity. My GF says it's too little, not worth it, and that I should keep looking. I'm torn in between. Pls help.

Remote Working (WFH)
How do you all deal with subordinates who are always MIA when working from home? I have one team member who consistently takes 30 mins to 2 hours just to reply to messages. It becomes a real issue when we need to make quick decisions or solve things on the spot. I don’t want to micromanage, but it’s affecting the team’s flow. Any advice on how to address this without sounding too controlling or accusing?

I have applied for many jobs in Singapore, but unfortunately I haven’t received any offers so far. I would really appreciate it if someone could help or guide me. Fresh grad here and this is my 1st full-time job. I’m an introverted, so I usually keep to myself & try to settle things on my own. But lately, I notice my boss been giving me silent treatment, and my colleagues have started to avoid me too. I feel like they’re indirectly asking me to quit. My boss says my work isn’t up to standard and that she’s given me “many chances.” I honestly don’t know how to fix myself. I don’t want to lose this job, but whatever I do is always wrong. Help me pls!!

It's only been 3 months since I join this company but I can't tahan being "used" by others and feel like I wanna quit my job. Can safely say I experience "extreme" culture shock here. Everyday I rush to deliver tasks bcz I'm helping 3 seniors, with tons of backlogs and I don't even learn anything new. I work like admin + assistant, instead of my original role. I only do stuff that's already been done by others, not contributing new ideas or anything exciting. This is not what I sign up for ☹️

35, jobless, broke (literally only $500 in my account) & still living with my parents. Am i a failure? Got retrenched last year and haven’t been able to land anything since. Is it age factor? IDK. My savings almost gone while most of my friends are either getting married, buying houses, or climbing career ladders but I'm stuck in a loop of rejection emails with zero motivation. I feel like I’ve failed in every way possible & it's so late to start over again. IDK what else to do. Any advice?

Job Search Advice
Hello, I am an Indonesian with a marketing diploma looking to find a job in Singapore to settle down with my Singaporean partner. I currently work as an accountant in an established F&B distribution company in Indonesia. What kind of companies in Singapore can I apply to work with that can sponsor a work visa? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you!
