Traditional, process driven and slow to innovate
The good thingsPeople are generally nice, 3 days off for running errands.
The challengesProcess driven, slow pace, reactive and lacks strategic direction. People work very long here and are resistant to changes or not up to date with latest industry trends and market development.

Mnc but very localised and legacy mindset
The good thingsSome Working on the ground colleagues are good. Some dept with a lighter work load leave on the dot at 5pm
The challengesLegacy mindset. Seniors have eyes above the head. Managers (supply chain) need to be train on people management. It and infrastructure is running on a system way back in 1980s.

Very good company with great potential, great learning opportunities
The good thingsWorklife balance, good basic salary, great management and colleagues, management is understanding and very open to help you explore opportunities for personal development & growth. Company wise: it is a fortune 500 company, very stable, top management is steering towards the right direction
The challengesIT & infrastructure is outdated. Multiple systems and softwares to use which doesn't talk to each other, making work more manual than it should be sometimes. Not so attractive bonus & average benefits

    Internship experience in 3M
The good thingsThe overall internship in 3M was rather rewarding. Given that we were students, sufficient opportunities were given to us to learn and reflect upon our job roles. The internship structure was rather straightforward. We were introduced to different managers on the first day, allowing us to seamlessly adapt to the working culture.
The challengesCompany politics is present everywhere. Interns were constantly checked on. Gossips were constantly spread around which sometimes made work rather unpleasant.
