    The challengesVery demanding bosses with unreasonable expectations and very low pay. You are expected to do more than your role with almost no guidances, and get thrown under the bus all the time. Poor management

    Caring Company, Good Boss
    The good things1. No salary cut in bad times & still receive bonus and pay increment yearly 2. Company provide internal & external trainings 3. Annual company retreat and regular company "makan" outings (before covid-19) 4. Good colleagues, great teamwork.
    The challengesDue to wfh and staggered hours, coordination can be difficult due to nature of work.

    The challengesSalary is below what outside companies would reasonably offer for the amount of work you do, which is an insane amount. Not worth it.
