    The good thingsThe good things Decent staff benefit such as dental insurance and annual leave of 14 days.
    The challengesNo AWS. Career opportunities not so visible.different culture causing difficulty in work. Low monthly pay. Little career progression. No training provided by company for employee upgrade. Management is nonchalant towards employee concerns and feedback.sometimes too independent to the point it feels like there is no company support..No bonuses,poor increment, no training, no Management support.overload work... mostly down manpower

    The good thingsGood salary package & career growth if this is something what you are looking for.
    The challengesOverall management team is in a huge mess be it any level. Not much of support due to the structure of the company is weak right from the start. As much as they offered great salary package, it tagged along with great stressful package. Don't expect much training, as good as none. Most trainee left the company within a month on average. Not much of empowerment from this company. Join them to experience it for yourself.
