    The good thingsThings started so tough for me because from the start I was the one who handle reports. But eventually, I have adjusted for about 3 months to cope up in managing my people. My employer is a giving person who always reach out anything to extend her help in order for the betterment of the company.
    The challengesThe most frustrating part that happens all the time inside our store is when a power interruption happens which means there will be no electricity for a couple of hours. Even though we still have generators it can only light up the stores but not power up the machines. So it took me a lot of patience to just have when will the electricity comeback.
