Working at A DrBrand Pte Ltd was a fantastic mix of growth and learning but the supportive team made it all worthwhile.
The good thingsA fulfilling and enriching work experience. The skills I developed and the connections I made during my time there will undoubtedly benefit my career for years to come.

Most Dreadful and obnoxious Experience ever after decades in this industry
The good thingsTo be honest, there is nothing good at all.
The challengesPolitics, Non Systematic, Management unfairness in handling staff conflicts. Promise are always not kept, better to have a black and white.

Great working environment & ambience - cosy with lots of greens
The good thingsComplimentary products as part of benefits allow me to experience premium products curated by doctor. My skin and complexion benefited a great deal from these! The office - pantry allows me to chill at times and have great dialogues with colleagues to generate more ideas etc is awesome. I also get to attend seminars in order to better perform my role.
The challengesThe ceo & mgmt team is overall warm and employee welfare oriented just that perhaps of different generation, background and beliefs therefore may not better understand and agree what most people are conveying or looking out. anyway, typically the higher levels look at numbers therefore inevitably may choose to disregard employees' voices in order to sustain business as higher priority. Ultimately, no money, no jobs for all.
