    Good learning background
The good thingsAs the company is SME, if you are a fresh graduate, you can learn a lot from this company because you get to do hands-on experience on product development, application, customer training and how to maintain a good relationship with the customer as well as the supplier. On top of that, you can also learn how to do internal coordination with fellow colleague which is very essential in any workplace.
The challengesTo have a more defined job role so employees can be a little more focused in the job they are suppose to accomplished.
