Higher than average pay.. not much progression
The good thingsAlmost all consultants I've worked from Asia, US and Europe tells abeam pays quite higher than other SAP consulting firms. If you are experienced, you can get high rates but don't expect career progression from 3 - 6 years if you are senior. If you are new in the industry, it's not advisable to stay long if you do not have projects as you will not get a lot of exposure and quality trainings...
The challengesNo official training... and certifications..
