    My experience at Abwin Service
    The good thingsI’ve gained hands-on experience in customer service, motor accident reporting, and learning about spare parts. It is rewarding at times. Especially when you’re able to help customers through stressful situations. The role has pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me build confidence and adaptability. The team is generally easy to get along with, which helps with the day-to-day work. The boss also makes an effort to ensure employees are able to cope with the workload and improve over time. Overall, it’s been a meaningful learning experience that has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

    Toxic workplace with no growth and an aggressive boss.
    The good thingsThis company is extremely toxic and unprofessional. Alot of office politics , with no real growth opportunities or job satisfaction. Negative work environment, only two long-serving staff remain, while no one else can survive here.
    The challengesThe boss is aggressive, always shouting, and makes his own rules. The environment is negative and unfriendly. Everyone else leaves quickly because it is like a nightmare working here. The good reviews you see are just to hide the bad ones.

    Decent company with good pay
    The good thingsI like working here , been with the company for 1 year plus , learnt alot of skills colleagues are all very helpful & friendly ,boss also put in effort to personally train & give me opportunity to pick up new skills & upgrade myself , based on amount of workload given salary is reasonable ,will be continue working here for a very long time.
    The challengesBoss can be quite angry & loud when we never follow instruction.

    The good thingsA working environments that really nurtures good employees , always keeping up with with job satisfaction for employees by creating actionable goals that comes with visible results & handsome rewards which pays off the hard work & effort being put in. Colleagues here are mostly friendly & always ready to help , very positive vibe when comes to teamwork , the bosses & management team have great ability to resolve issues quickly & willing to help whenever they can. Boss is very clear when comes to delegating tasks and ensure that our workloads are well-balanced ,overall satisfied.
