    I would say ... Understanding Company.
    The good thingsThe bosses are nice and understanding. Although it's an outsource company. The culture of the company easy to adapt, people working in the same team are nice too but of course not all.
    The challengesWhen manpower is down from 2 to 3 persons. You might have a little messy handling the work. so.. Multitask is a MUST.
