Amazing experience working for this company; Really taught me the importance of Work EnvironmentThe good thingsAccess World Logistics has a very amazing work environment. The company works hard to make the staff feel appreciated by organising events more than required and having mini benefits like fruit Tuesdays / snack Fridays and this effort to organise activities really makes the staff feel happier and this in turn makes coming into work worthwhile. Everyone is also really friendly and greets everyone even if they are from different departments.
The challengesas a temp staff i did not get to learn a lot which makes work slightly boring but to be fair, it was an admin role and they informed me from the start that it would be a boring job and i agreed to it. So honestly, there are no real challenges in working for this company. Access World Logistics is awesome and I wish I will be able to work in another company that's just as great.
