95% is just bad.The good thingsDesign team people are nice. That is the only good thing here.
The challengesFirst of all, doing things that is not your major/expertise, they expect you to finish it within a certain time frame and with a standard of quality. Doing double jobs is totally normal and get prepared to get scolded for nothing. No proper orientation/briefing is given when first joined the company as well. Signed up for something that gives you stress 24/7 and also adds nothing to your portfolio. 100% Do not recommend to come here if you expect certain career progression to your major unless it is Design/Visual Communication.
