    The good thingsComing from a hotel/casino, a BPO company is really something new for me. I like working in Acquire mainly because of my colleagues. I do get challenged at my work at times especially when i was just starting.
    The challengesDealing with irate resigned employees is the main challenge in my work. I also hope that employees follow the rules the company made. I think that's where it's lacking.

    The good thingsAcquire asia pacific is one of the best bpos that i have worked for. Managers are all nice, approachable, and helpful. Clients are nice, proffesional, and will always make every employee valuable. AAP will always train you to become better individuals and always bring out the best in you.
    The challengesEmployees are being trained time to time for different accounts with different tasks, and you can't be sure of yourself if you will be working for a particular account or you will be assigned to a different one.
