    Get to learn but stress
    The good thingsA few team of good colleagues, some, not all. Cozy office. Get to know most staff. Company trip and luncheons. Appreciation from superior.
    The challengesBasically one person needed to perform EVERYTHING. Multitask is good but TOO MUCH. Job delegation is not so appropriate at times. Vague job scope for certain position under certain superior.
