    Overall, a nice company to grow and learn sales pitching skills.
    The good thingsDigital marketing is in trend now, so many business are looking for people to do marketing for them. The company offers most of the online platforms to advertise, and it’s also a public listed company to easier to pitch.
    The challengesMany other companies offering digital marketing also, very competitive still.

    The good thingsThis is a digital marketing sales, so it is competitive. The company is established, with long history and credentials, these helps onboarding of clients easier. Colleagues are helpful, working environment is nice too, there is even monthly company activity.
    The challengesAs all sales.. getting appointments to meet clients, closing deals, etc. can be challenging. Still learning.

    I learnt how to do sales
    The good thingsThe office environment is good, the pay is also proportionate to the hours you put in. The boss is willing to groom and teach you stuff if you are unsure.
    The challengesThe working hours are very long and there are many training especially on Wednesday nights up to 11pm and it is compulsory to work on Saturdays.
