    AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
    The good thingsCaring for the elderly. However systems are archaic and dysfunctional.
    The challengesDysfunctional and highly political. High turnover rate. Wrong person tasked with wrong portfolio. No 13 months and salary package is very low. I would not recommend working here unless you are really desperate.

    The good thingsIt is a continuously growing organisation in a fast-paced industry and has large scope for learning and acquiring skills and knowledge. The company has a great vision and clear direction. Anyone who is proactive, works independently and with a lot of initiative will rise and shine.
    The challengesNot much time for theoretical training and development and most of the learning is on the job at a fast pace.
