The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues (depending on location)
The challengesEver dreamed of working somewhere where communication flows strictly one way (downwards), and micro-management is an art form? Look no further. Here, climbing the ladder isn’t about hard work or results — it’s about staying in the bosses' good books. Get in their inner circle and you’re set for life; you could probably set the office on fire and still get a pat on the back. Staff benefits? Let’s just say you’ll save time because there’s nothing to read. Bonuses are so small they might qualify as spare change. And the annual salary increment? A jaw-dropping $20 for some — truly a gesture that screams “we value you.”

Fast-Paced, Rich and Diverse Learning Environment
The good thingsIt is a continuously growing organisation in a fast-paced industry and has large scope for learning and acquiring skills and knowledge. The company has a great vision and clear direction. Anyone who is proactive, works independently and with a lot of initiative will rise and shine.
The challengesNot much time for theoretical training and development and most of the learning is on the job at a fast pace.

A Place to Shine for Those Who Put in the Effort
The good thingsAs a fast-growing company, it offers opportunities for those who are willing to put in the effort. Great for self-started / motivated individuals.
The challengesDon't expect someone to "hold hands". Expect to put forth your own "creative" initiatives.
