The challengesNot so much of not enjoying working there. Everything went smoothly until I got laid off. The main reason given by my superior for my retrenchment was due to the company not having the capability to train a junior software developer like me. At the end of it, I feel like a disposable product. Used and discarded. If they are trying to hire inexperienced workers again, my advice is to be cautious and know that you can be discarded anytime too.
