Many things can be learnt from this company. If you love helping people, healthcare is good for your career.

The challengesSometimes lack of manpower especially peak season. Just do slowly and patients will understand.

Dr. was always caring staff. 5. Can earn higher salary because of OT. 6. Suitable for who’s really love clinic assistant job. 7. Good for who willing to loss weight.
The challenges1. Can’t arrange or plan your own activities as roster come out weekly. 2. High workload but short of manpower. 3. Good for temporary placement
The good thingsSalary was credited on time and some colleagues are nice.
The challengesYou should be very independent. You must be strong to cope with increasing visit by foreign workers and other responsibilities. You will be under the supervision of inexperience people in office.

Ample opportunities to shine and perform, if you are willing to work for it.
The good thingsIn my experience, you will never find a more open and understanding management/headquarters. The lack of politics is a testament to the way the company works and how it is managed. If you are a young fresh graduate, this place is an excellent launching pad to learn and grow. HR is meticulous in the hiring process and doesn't leave any application unturned. As long as you do your part, the company will do theirs to support all its employees.
The challengesThe biggest and main challenge is the learning curve. How steep is the curve is subjective but if you are expecting to join a company and expect everything to be spoonfed to you, then it is safe to say it doesn't happen here. It is expected to be proactive and rise up to the challenge if needed.

The challengesMultinationality of patients thus need to understand them culturally and linguistically.
