    Stressful but somewhat fun
The good thingsGood camaraderie with co-workers, but extremely stressful environment as well. I don't know whether to rate this 3 or 4, 3 because of an extremely stressful environment and not a 2 because I believe there are worst out there. 4 because of the camaraderie with your co-workers. At least you are allowed to have fun in the office, and not everything is so serious all the time. Are you willing to give up your entire life, evenings, happy hours, social life, and weekends? If you are, then you may consider joining this company. I'm not saying you won't have a life, it also depends on what your position is. I'm just saying, it is quite likely you will struggle to have a life outside.
The challengesBe prepared to give up your life, your social life, and struggle to have an outside life when working for this company.
