    Good place to learn everything, but at an expense
    The good thingsYou can your hands dirty and you do everything - even cross-functional roles such as pre-sales, sales, operations, HR etc. solutions architect etc.
    The challengesSME but with miss-communications everywhere. Roles & Responsibilities not clearly defined - you do work that others are supposed to do while your core is not touched. Long Working Hours
