The good thingsFull Training with Recruitment, and nice people around me to guide every moment that I need an assistance. It's a good place to be trained as a 'super' recruiter.
The challengesPace for the company is quite fast and must understand everything in a short while. Someone with no patient and experience could be a challenge to work in this company.

Better than average. But not for those seeking motivation via remuneration
The good thingsGood colleagues and environment. Embraces learning. Focuses on positive mindset and attitude, care about each individual development beyond just work.
The challengesDefinitely not amongst the better paying masters. Not motivating in terms of remuneration. Sometimes hard to continue when one progresses to another stage of life and financial commitments increase.
