A great working place with immense collaboration in most departments.
The good thingsWhen you fall, others will come and cushion and pick you up. Extremely good collaboration, team spirit and unbreakable friendship.
The challengesWorkload was becoming unbearable in current times. Change is constant. All these are part and parcel of any business industry. Keep it up adidas!!! Thumbs up!!

Many retail positions involve working with customers in a sales or service capacity, making retail a good choice if you enjoy helping customers by providing information or solving problems. If you work for a larger retailer, you'll have lots of co-workers as well as the opportunity to function as part of a team.

The challenges“I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work.

Higher management was lacking in supervision
The good thingsMost full timers were really friendly and helpful.
The challengesHigher management was really rude, with the exception of one. Higher management could not manage the staff well. Lots of passive aggressiveness going on.
