    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, good bonuses.
    The challengesPolicy changes the last min to benefit the Management. No progression and direction. The Management is not willing to take new advisement. The Management is really selfish and wanted staff to come back to the office during the Cov restriction regardless many people tested positive. The way they manage is too old school and all work is mostly to work manually, no automation. Not recommended for those who have the working experience to work here.

    No direction nor any business strategy just like a headless chicken
    The good thingsVery little good things to mention. Used to have a nice brand-name coming out from ASTAR however after spinning off, all went downhill thereon.
    The challengesMgt really weak, don't understand people on the ground. No forward planning and always fire fighting.
