No career development or training provided during my 11 months stay with this organisation, and was retrenched on my 11 months with this organisation with any notice given.The good thingsBasically nothing good to mention about this company except what is the normal practises of an S.I and IT service provider. Was told by an ex-colleague that this company is still using quite backward infrastructure & or software to provide services for supporting customers within the company's call centres & their backdated operating procedures.
The challengesAfter a batch of few new managers (from H R. to IT service delivery) came onboard, the operation did not improve, but instead causing some senior staffs to leave this organisation. Leaving behind a very negative environment for existing staffs & the new joiners to work.
