    Great Environment, Support and Culture
    The good thingsIf one is looking into developing a career in sales, this is the ultimate jackpot. The group provides its sales team with not only all kinds of relevant knowledge, but also great team support and company culture. Many of its leaders, while positive, are not blindly so and are truly empathetic people.
    The challengesEvery stress one would expect out of a sales job. That's pretty much it.

    The good thingsAgency is huge with many advisors but it is Family-oriented Organisation Culture where everyone is unique is their own ways and never fail to show abundance even to a stranger or colleague we've never met before.
    The challengesIt could get quite stressful to stay consistent in expanding the clientele base.
