    Experience at Advocate
    The good things- Get to work on projects with big name clients - Some of the colleagues were friendly - Environment was comfortable to work in
    The challenges-Wasn’t brief properly on first day - Poor management - Culture is not that great, Some of the co-workers are not helpful and in their own bubble! - Being Gaslighted most of the time by higher ups - Don’t really enjoy working in this company as I want to learn more but end up didn't learn anything and all I got was stress + You'd probably end up doing jobs outside of your role! - High Turnovers of designers so be warned! Overall: Please stay away from this company if you really want to learn and grow!

    Place to learn and challenge oneself.
    The good thingsGet to try out and learn new skills especially new media. Got the chance to understand the planning and crafting of content for various online and offline media. Its really interesting to know that so much work is needed to run an event or campaign.
    The challengesAlthough 5 days week, can be stressful at times as deadlines can be tight at times, and management really stresses on productivity thus must really plan your tasks and objectives.

    The good thingsCompany have loads of exciting projects and clients from various industries such as media and lifestyle. Huge plus on their direction in digital media and video productions development.
    The challengesSometimes short of manpower and everyone have to be very hands-on. Events are fun but also quite physically demanding.
