    The challengesThe major challenge is that we have always awake to grow our self as the company updates daily with new activities that makes the employee work more interesting. Also importance of the Health Safety and Environment standards are more challenging to all the employees.

    The challengesvery short handed if your project is busted as the management does not want to spend money to get more people involved and force few people to handle though there can be people who have spare time to help. You shall not be allowed to charged as per your actual working hours to your project because your project has limited resources to spend. At the end, your utilization ratio (on paper) can be less than average though you actual utilization is more than 200%. The management always like to talk co-operate things like wining how many projects yet no profits are shared to the employees as there is no bonus given to them. They will always say no matter how small you are, they care and you will never be left alone but nothing has changed or have been done. They would choose the profit over employees at the end.
