Dynamic teams and cultureThe good thingsThe environment was very dynamic, due to the multi-national nature of staff there, which allowed for the synthesis of new ideas and powerful discussions within and across work teams.
There was also great flexibility in how the team leaders allowed team members to explore ideas and not restrict them, and instead encouraging ownership of projects and only playing a supervising role.
The challengesAlso due to the diverse nature of staff and autonomy of work given to them, there could sometimes be over-persistence of keeping one's ideas and thoughts at the table. This meant that group discussions could sometimes go overboard, and result in inefficiencies of work management.
I suggest the leaders to set firmer and stricter guidelines from the start, while not impeding individuality.
