    Aegis Gone Down
    The good thingsWhen it was still an American company (People Support), all the benefits are provided. Salary appraisal was very satisfactory and regular (annually).
    The challengesWhen it was managed by Aegis, an Indian company, drastic changes were implemented like firing our American boss. Some benefits were also withheld. Salaries became stagnant. The company even ventured out to another Asian company at the expense of belittling the country of the company it was closing down.

    My first BPO experience
    The good thingsI like the open door policy wherein as an executive you get to talk to the senior management without any hesitations. They will listen to you and will take it positively for the organization's benefit.
    The challengesThey might want to take a look at their compensation package and benefits if it is really commensurate to the job. They might want to raise the bar higher to retain people and avoid large number of attrition.
