    Seeing a direct correlation between my interventions and a client’s growth was highly rewarding.
    The good thingsUnlike transactional sales, this role allowed me to truly get to know my clients' businesses. There is a great sense of achievement in moving from a "vendor" status to a "trusted advisor." I loved the challenge of identifying a client's pain points and coordinating with internal product or operations teams to create bespoke solutions. Seeing a direct correlation between my interventions and a client’s growth was highly rewarding.

    The good thingsflexible working time, which you can plan your daily task by your own.
    The challengesThe company don't have a proper management system. Communication within different department is prohibited. The company mention there is on job training and product training during the interview, from the first day I enter this company there is no product training for one and half month. Product quotation, proposal are not allow to show customer which make my job harder.
