    The good thingsShift and off days rotation is good.
    The challengesFire fighting regarding manpower arrangements, MCs, last minute decision to miss work. Resulted inconvenience to fellow colleagues and unhappiness, resentments, and brought about low work morales amongst some when required to cover shortfalls also waste of good money towards paying of penalty to clients.

    The challengesThe only thing I couldn't accept was mandatory overtime. The highest record I could work was more than 18 hours a day. Because my working environment is a high-risk place, working long hours for 18 hours will greatly increase my risk!

    The challengesLong hours, must clock atleast 240hrs to earn basic salary, or 264hrs to get additional allowance, market adjustment allowance, deployment allowance, and OT allowance plus other skills allowance(driving,etc)
