    Good Company with Good Management
    The good thingsThe boss is great to interact with and listens well to feedbacks from his staff. He would encourage new staff to get onboard well. Other colleagues are great \"trainers\" when new staffs are still in doubt. Management treats staff with privacy and respect.
    The challengesPressure from other departments and external contacts make work slightly unpleasant at time. External department tends to rush for results with no proper guidelines.

    The good thingsGood working enviroment. Good Boss and good management. Good training. Management willing to listen and implement. superb work life balance. One of the best working enviroment that I have work in.
