    The challengesPoor and inexperience leadership affects the business unit continuous growth. Poor leadership led to wrong decision making on strategy which eventually wrong prioritization.In additional to leader lack of ownership, situation aggravates or respective function team need to react reactively as patching solution most of the time which affect business operation efficiency and business growth eventually.

    The good thingsGd work-life balance and gd working colleagues and bosses. Company benefits are quite good including stock purchase plan. Everyone is friendly including bosses and are understanding towards colleagues.

    Great company! flexiable working time, model of work life balance style
    The good thingsThere is a gym in the company which is free admission to all the staff. The working time is quite flexiable and working from home is allowed(at least in my department is ).Company will host a townhall meeting to let all the staff know what is going on every quarter.Staff can enjoy the stock purchase benefit. I worked in global procurement department and had several great bosses. Overall, Agilent is a great company!

    The good thingsI enjoyed the friendly co-workers and the very flexible working culture that they practice in the company. The company is also very family-friendly and accommodates workers that need to attend to family matters.
    The challengesWork is very busy there as many workers were juggling more than 1 role at the same time. They could do better if they do not have such tight restrictions on headcount and allow hiring of more people.
