    Great experience to get into OTA industry
    The good thingsI did enjoy the atmosphere, location (office environment) and perks at Agoda
    The challengesKPI can be unreachable or not well set up. During my time at Agoda, I had a brand new position where no history has been established. The KPI was then a try and not entirely reachable. However, it's been two year I am no longer ean employee of Agoda and I know that several Talent sourcer joined the team. We can, therefore, imagine that the KPI are now accurately establishted and manageable.

    Good place to work overall
    The good thingsGood culture and I've made some good friends working here as well. Environment where you can learn alot but also be prepared for a very fast paced environment. Not the right place for someone who wants to sit around and do nothing all day.
    The challengesFast paced, things change often so must be adaptable. Managers are nice but some can be a pain to deal with at times.

    if you are looking for great people and culture, Agoda is just that
    The good thingsThe culture inhibits a good attitude towards work and working with each other. There is a good amount of work life balance. And most managers i've met are sincere about your career development.
    The challengesthe processes are sub-par. There are many areas for improvement in terms of defined roles and responsibilities between business units, and more clear collaboration practices need to be created.
