    No career prospect
    The good thingsOverall benefit except salary
    The challenges1. Lack of flexibility 2. Not up to market practice 3. Very high inconsistency due to no proper and standard operating procedure. 4. Management required relevant training to improve their knowledge on their job scope. As the Bank already off from market practices.
