    It's always the PEOPLE that matter
    The good thingsMost will agree that PEOPLE are the most crucial asset of a company. I have to say I am blessed to have wonderful colleagues. Coming to work each day feels like coming home to a fun-loving family.
    The challengesIt's a small company. So there is limited career prospect if you are looking to be the big boss.

    The good thingsYou are constantly sought after for your ideas, your opinions and your active participation. Even the smallest idea is taken into account, and the good ones are sure to be implemented.
